Variations in size, colour, veining or knots in the wood are inherent. These differences depend on the species of the wood selected and cannot be considered in any way a defect in the fabrication.<\/p>\n

Prices displayed on www.niconico.ca are in Canadian dollars.<\/p>\n

The price does not include applicable taxes and delivery fees. These will be added to the bill.<\/p>\n

Prices and sales conditions are subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n

Custom charges and local taxes will be charged for shipping outside Canada.<\/p>\n

Phone orders as well as those made online at www.niconico.ca are to be paid by credit card.<\/p>\n

Any personal data submitted is treated as confidential and shall in no case be disclosed to other parties.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/h2>\n

Prices quoted on www.niconico.ca don\u2019t include shipping and delivery costs.<\/p>\n

Shipping is done by regular Canada Post exclusively.<\/p>\n

Delivery time<\/h2>\n

Reception of an order normally takes from ten to twenty days.<\/p>\n

Niconico is not responsible for any delay in delivery on behalf of the carrier.<\/p>\n

We will advise you of any out of stock items as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Return policy<\/h2>\n

Reimbursement is not possible on items sold. However, if you are not satisfied or wish an exchange upon reception, you may return articles in their original packaging within 10 days of reception.<\/p>\n

We will exchange the returned item for one of equivalent or higher value upon reception (payment of the difference if applicable).<\/p>\n

If returned articles are damaged, soiled or incomplete an exchange will be denied.<\/p>\n
