Where does the name Niconico come from?
The origin of the name Niconico comes from my nickname, Nico. In a completely innocuous way, NicoNico or “nikoniko” means a smile in Japanese.

Our games

Are all Niconico games original?
Some of our games are original creations such as Hadz, Zinc and Letter mill games. As for the other games in the collection, they are inspired by ancestral games that have been adapted or redesigned in the Niconico way.

What wood essence do you use?
The wooden games in the Niconico collection are mainly made of cherry wood.

Where do your big pawns come from?
The large pawns used in particular in the game of the great cribbage are exclusive and are made by hand for Niconico.

Are the rules provided with the games?
Of course. All regulations are provided with games with the exception of the cribbage game whose rules are easily found on the Internet, including on https://www.cribbage.ca/cribbage_rules.shtml

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept card payments from recognized credits such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept direct payments through Paypal.

Shipping

Quels sont les frais d’expédition ?
What are the shipping costs? All orders are shipped by Canada Post. Shipping costs vary by region/country where you live and are calculated during the purchase process before closing the transaction.

What are the delivery times?
Please allow 10 to 20 days to receive your order.

Do I have to expect to pay a customs fee if I have it delivered outside of Canada?
Probably. Each country has different regulations on how it treats imported products.

Can I track the delivery of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a follow-up link from Canada Post. However, for international customers, once the packages have left Canada, the tracking links cannot be updated, but your package is still on the way. If you have any questions about your order, email us.
